Riu Palace Riviera Maya Hotel Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

We had an amazing time at this resort! The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was fantastic, and the food options were plentiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. However, the noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning was disruptive, and we had a few minor issues with our room that could use some attention.
